Beginning March 2nd I am offering a Dynamic Balance class series at Hello Yoga at 2981 Fairview Rd. Costa Mesa CA 92626.

This 6-week series will show you fun and easy to use strength and balance skills for all ages. These rejuvenating exercises have saved many injuries and improved the lives of all my clients.
