​​JR Mendivil’s approach to fitness avoids all the problems of standard personal training. He teaches based on the principles of martial arts including his qualification as a Master Instructor of Tang Soo Do, a Korean form of martial arts. His teaching includes meditation to help you to go beyond the physical level, to be more centered in your body and to nurture  the body-mind-spirit connection.
