Hi all! Let’s go camping. Enjoy a weekend without the fuss of cooking or crappy “road food.”
JR is the chef; Lynda is the nutritionist. We endeavor to make every meal for ourselves healthy and delicious. We are happy to share that with you on our campout.
The ingredients will be organic and prepared to taste and preferences (vegan, spicy, not-spicy, etc.). The meat option is 100% grass-fed beef and roasted chicken or tempeh protein.
The cost for the four meals is $100. Includes food, propane, etc. However, I look to rebate some of that money.
You need to bring:
Tent, Sleeping bag, personal toiletries, towels, etc. Your personal stuff.
Also bring personal reusable dinner ware. Please, no disposables. Plate, bowl, utensils, beverage container, napkins. A wash station will be available.
If you desire, bring personal beverages, tea, snacks. We will have hot water and a coffee brew.
Please don’t feel obligated to join in on the community meals. We cook like this for the evident health effects. If you have other “gotta-haves” for camping, feel free to bring them. I may have some cooking space available. No guarantees.
Finally, this is a new endeavor for me. I may be able to use help in the cooking. I’m up to learning something new.
RSVP by Monday, May 30th. Money is due at that time.
Kyle will probably head-up the physical activities (hiking, biking, etc.). Would you be interested in a meditation or yoga sessions? Would you like to lead one?
I haven’t been camping in a while, so I’m looking forward to it.
