What is it?
Individualized motions that can be used anywhere, anytime. Natural motions are appropriate throughout our lives. With these motions, it is possible for everybody to move well and have vitality.
Why should I care?
You are aware that motion is important to vitality, but it may be difficult to stick to a plan. The cost of time and equipment, and ease of use?
Is this for me?
My ideal clients have an open mind about learning new motions and a desire to improve vitality and balance. All of my programs are easy and accessible. I believe that exercise should be joyful and develop an appreciation of the body and peace within the mind.

My name is Ysidro Mendivil, however, all my friends and family call me “JR”. I have practiced and taught motion for over 40 years and hold a Master Instructor rank in Tang Soo Do martial arts. With help from my Functional Nutritionist wife, I lost over 50 lbs. and reversed many years of poor food choices.
